How can I get my referral link?
It will be sent to you by email after registering for the program. If you can't find the email with your referral link, please check your "Promotion" tab or the "Junk" folder. Contact us at support@mybbff.com with the email address that you signed up with if you still can't find your link.
How much can I earn from this program?
You earn a one-time reward for every new client that you refer to us, up to 100 clients per year. The reward amount depends on the number of the clients you refer and the type of the package they choose. If you have a large audience and would like a better term, join the Affiliate Program and become a partner.
What's the difference between the Referral Program and the Affiliate Partner Program?
The Referral Program is for those who refer up to 100 new clients per year while the Affiliate Program is designed for higher volume referrers (i.e. over 100 referrals per year). Those who qualifies for the Affiliate Program will receive additional benefits on top of the Referral Program offers such as higher commission rates, support, promotional resources, and exclusive partner-only perks.
My referral forgot to use my referral link. Is there away to track it back to me?
